This is a unique conference for aging and home and community-based service providers in California. The conference and tradeshow is the premier opportunity to meet and network with the local leaders of aging and adult programs and services throughout the state.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:
Exhibits will be located in the hotel foyer, the location for conference registration activities and central to all conference functions. This area allows exhibitors to be an integral part of the conference and accessible to all activities. Exhibits are open Wednesday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Thursday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
SPACE AND EQUIPMENT:
The exhibit space will accommodate a reasonable display in an 8 x 10 foot area. A 6 foot skirted table top is provided. Electrical, lighting, A/V, and internet access is available at an additional cost, and is the exhibitor’s responsibility. Call C4A for details and arrangements.
SET-UP AND BREAK-DOWN:
Exhibitors are encouraged to set-up Tuesday afternoon, November 14th, but should be open by 8:00 am Wednesday, November 15th. Exhibits need to be removed by 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 16th.
The corporate rate for exhibiting is $750 and $500 for government/nonprofit. Exhibitors receive one complimentary registration which allows the person to attend workshops and participate in the Wednesday evening reception, and Thursday breakfast and luncheon. The cost for each additional person is $120. Sponsors are given a preference of location for exhibit space.
SHIPPING TO HOTEL:
Any questions about shipping should be directed to the C4A office. C4A will be sending information to each exhibitor about shipping two weeks prior to the conference.
